Terms

1. Scope

These terms apply to all bicycle rental contracts between Renticle and the renter.

2. Contract

A request via our website is non-binding. The rental contract is only concluded once we confirm it by email.

3. Prices, payment and deposit

Prices as per our price list apply. Payment is made online after we confirm. A deposit of €100 per bike is required and refunded after proper return. Prices

4. Cancellation

Cancellation is free up to 48 hours before the rental starts. After that, 50% of the rental price is charged.

5. Renter obligations

  • Treat the bike with care and always lock it to a fixed object using the lock provided.
  • Comply with German road traffic regulations (StVO).
  • Report damage and theft to us immediately; theft must be reported to the police.

6. Liability

If a properly locked bike is stolen, the renter is liable up to the agreed excess (city/trekking bike €150, e-bike €400). In case of gross negligence or intent, the renter is fully liable.
